At the time of reservation for the requested date and time there will be a $200 Non-Refundable Deposit. A credit card number must be on file prior to date and of services. __________(Initial)
Balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to rental, via cash or credit card. If paying by check, the balance must be received 10 days prior to rental. __________(Initial) Any additional hours and/or additional fees that are incurred during the run will be charged to the Credit Card on file the first business day following the services. There is a 4% credit card processing fee for each transaction charged on a credit card. ________(Initial)
In the event that there is excessive liquid spillage (alcohol, mixers, beverages, vomit and bio hazard waste) there will be a clean up fee of $200 charged to the client’s Credit Card on file the first business day following the services. __________(Initial)
The liability of any damages incurred to the bus by the client or his/her guests is the responsibility of the client. You must be 18 years or older to book a Limo, Limo Bus or Trolley with Party Time. The client assumes all financial obligations with regard to incurred charges. __________(Initial)
I/We acknowledge that the obligation of Party Time is limited to the safe transportation of its passengers to their desired destination. I/We agree to remain within the vehicle at all times while in motion and may exit when the driver has parked in an area he/she has deemed safe. I understand that I am responsible for my own and the actions of my guests and damages that may occur. No person shall do anything to interfere with the safe operation of the bus, or the safety of the driver, or other passengers. The driver reserves the right to expel anyone not adhering to these guidelines. __________(Initial)
I/We understand that smoking is not permitted in the Limo Car, Limo Busses or Trolley’s. $100 Cleaning fee will be charged if caught smoking on vehicles. __________(Initial)
Should the driver believe that a passenger is a danger to himself, others, the safe operation of the bus, or has committed an illegal act while in the vehicle, Party Time reserves the right to refuse admittance to any one or more passengers or immediately terminate service to any one or more passengers. __________(Initial)
No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume or possess alcohol while in the Limo Car, Limo Bus or Trolley’s. The run will be immediately terminated and the contact person/parents will be notified to pick up the passengers. In the event of refusal to vacate the vehicle, the authorities will be called. Refunds will not be given. The driver may ask for ID in order to determine age. __________(Initial)
If for any reason a vehicle may have mechanical trouble, Party Time agrees to make up any lost time at the end of the run. No Refunds will be given for mechanical break downs, but transportation will be provided to complete the run. __________(Initial)
I/We agree that I/we shall not be entitled to any refund of any amounts paid to Party Time arising out of any limitation or termination of service caused by the actions of any passenger. __________(Initial)
